Nicole Tarcsay, AIC

Adjuster Since 2023

Nicole brings extensive experience in fire, smoke, and water mitigation and restoration to the Summit Adjusting team. For 11 years, she served as a project manager for a local restoration firm, meeting directly with homeowners, assessing on-site damages, and preparing her own detailed Xactimate estimates for mitigation and repair. She worked closely with insurance adjusters from multiple carriers to ensure accurate scope of work, proper restoration procedures, and fair pricing agreements. With her previous experience as a licensed non-resident adjuster with the Florida Department of Financial Services, Nicole has seamlessly transitioned into her role as a skilled property adjuster, combining technical expertise with clear communication and professionalism.

Outside of work, Nicole's adventurous spirit shines through. She previously worked as a senior sea kayak guide on Lake Superior and spent a year in Alaska gaining training in swiftwater rescue, mountaineering, and outdoor leadership. In her free time, she continues to enjoy backpacking, camping, and kayaking.
