Adam brings a powerful blend of hands-on construction experience, leadership, and technical expertise to every claim he handles. After graduating from Chippewa Valley Technical College with a degree in business and marketing, he began his career in new home construction and remodeling for a local contractor. This on-the-ground building knowledge gives him an exceptional eye for detail and a deep understanding of structural issues and repairs.

Adam later spent eight years with 3M as a group leader and trainer, where he strengthened his communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. That combination of construction knowledge and leadership made his transition into insurance adjusting a natural fit — and his clients benefit from it every day.

He is a Minnesota-licensed independent adjuster specializing in property and casualty claims. He holds several respected industry credentials, including the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation and IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification.
